I’ve been on a juicing kick lately, as I’m trying extra hard to get as many fruits and veggies into my diet as possible now that I’m pregnant. Juicing produce removes most the fiber but maintains the enzymes and nutrients — perfect for GPers!

Today I made a pink Valentine’s Day inspired juice and it was so pretty (and delicious!), I had to share.
- about 1/3 bag baby carrots
- 5 organic strawberries (stems removed)
- 1/2 blood orange (peeled)
