Catching My Breath

From publishing the Living (Well!) with Gastroparesis book to the holidays, buying a new house, selling our house, and then finding out I was pregnant, the last few months have been whirlwind. Good stuff, for sure, but still a bit overwhelming — especially while still trying to manage my own GP! So it’s time to catch my breath, refocus on self-care, and just enjoy this amazing time in my life. Fortunately, we’re leaving for Florida tomorrow and we’ll be boarding a cruise ship on Saturday for a week of sunshine and relaxation. So looking forward to it!
(To see how I managed GP while on vacation last year, check out this blog post.)
When I get back I’ll be updating you on my first 2 1/2 months of pregnancy and sharing some tips for those of you who may be thinking about getting pregnant in the near future. Stay tuned…

Have a fun and safe trip! I’m excited for you!
Enjoy your cruise!! I am jealous. Hoping to convince the hubby that a cruise would be a good use of our tax refund

I was looked and looked for info when I got pregnant in 2009, found nothing other than don’t get pregnant with a pacemaker. I am not on facebook, nor do I want to be so which is the best way to contact you? Email me if you have any questions about prenancy and pacemaker! Been there done that, so if you need anything let me know
