Making GP-Friendly Green Juice

love making (and drinking!) juice. For many years after I was diagnosed with GP, I thought I couldn't tolerate fresh juice. I kept trying and it kept making me feel bloated, gassy, and nauseous.

Eventually I realized that I was making some big mistakes. Too much juice, to start with, and made from too much high-FODMAP fruit. I made some changes and now juicing is part of my everyday routine. My body craves it. Some days it still "sticks with me" a little longer than I'd like, but overall, it's been an amazing, healthy addition to my comprehensive management plan and very helpful for boosting my nutrition during pregnancy.

In this video, I show you how I make GP-friendly green juice, start to finish, and give you some tips as we go along.
