Anxiety and Coping Q&A with Kelli Walker

As I shared in an earlier post, I've struggled with anxiety for many years.   Though I don't know for sure, I believe that finally figuring out how to address that anxiety was one of the things that played a role in the resolution of my gastroparesis symptoms.   Through that process, I worked with an amazing anxiety coach named Kelli Walker.   You've probably heard me mention Kelli before but if not, here's a bit about her:

Kelli is a Registered Nurse, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and former agoraphobe. For over 15 years she struggled with generalized anxiety, OCD, and panic attacks. Kelli now works as a coach, helping people move past their own anxiety in the way she did: by understanding anxiety's true nature and the ways that we innocently get stuck in the cycle of anxiety, fear, and worry. Kelli is the host of the Not Another Anxiety Show podcast, an author, and has participated in several health and wellness conferences and summits.

Kelli and I got together recently to answer some questions submitted by members of my current group program.  If you struggle at all with anxiety or stress -- either in general or related to living with gastroparesis -- I think you'll find this conversation helpful!
