A Little Hope Goes a Long Way: My AJG Article

Last year, I was asked to write an article for the American Journal of Gastroenterology to share my perspective on living with gastroparesis.  Knowing the piece would be seen by a large number of doctors and other GI specialists around the country, it took me many months to write those 800 words.

Ultimately, I wrote from the heart and my article, "Living with Gastroparesis: A Little Hope Goes a Long Way," was published in the June 2016 issue.  I hope I did the gastroparesis community proud!

Quick note: the article was written quite a while before the recent improvement in my GP symptoms, but it's still just as relevant. In fact, I think the final encounter I describe in this article helped me get back on the path that led to my normal gastric emptying scan in April.
