GP Recipe: Baked Bananas
I recently found a delicious-looking recipe for Baked Bananas on the Integrative Nutrition blog. Since bananas tend to be well-tolerated by many GPers, I modified the recipe slightly to fit within the general gastroparesis diet guidelines. Gastric Pacemaker: Abdominal Twitching
For the past 6-8 weeks I’ve been experiencing strong abdominal “twitching” several times a day, right around the gastric neurostimulator. It’s clearly visible to others and looks almost like my stomach is hiccuping.
